Insurance

Meetings en Route strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance for your vacation.
Please click on the link to review the Travelex website to determine if it is right for your
needs. Please note that if the insurance is purchased within 14 days of your initial deposit,
the pre-existing conditions clause is waived for you. Once you have purchased your
insurance please forward a copy to us via email or fax so that we can add the information to your personal vacation file. Please, click link below to check and purchase Insurance.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit Amounts:
$50.00 Non-Refundable Convention Registration PLUS
$250.00 per person when 2 people are sharing a cabin OR
$500.00 for single passengers who do not want a roommate. 

Final Payments are due:
90 days prior to sailing for all cruises.
Reservations that are not paid in full by the final payment due date are subject to cancellation and in the event a reservation is canceled, a cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be given on any cruise for no-shows. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after the cruise begins. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation charges. 

Requests for Refunds:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to: En Route Travel, 15221 Sunset Blvd, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 Attn: Accounting. Requests will NOT be accepted via phone.

Cancellation Charge Schedule:
90 days or more prior to sailing: $50.00 Non-Refundable Convention Registration
89-75 Days: $250.00 per person PLUS $50.00 Non-Refundable Convention Registration
74-45 Days: $500.00 per person PLUS $50.00 Non-Refundable Convention Registration
44-15 Days: 50% of total cruise cost including taxes PLUS $50.00 Non-Refundable Convention Registration
Less than 14 Days: 100% of total cruise cost including taxes PLUS $50.00 Non-Refundable Convention Registration 

Insurance:
En Route Travel does offer and suggest that every individual purchase travel insurance. This information can be found on this page and is also provided at the time of cruise confirmation.

Documentation:
All U.S. and Canadian citizens must carry proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport. It is your responsibility to check with your local immigration office and/or respective consulate or embassy to determine requirements for passports, visas and other documentation, including vaccinations for infectious diseases. Guests denied boarding by local immigration officials for lack of proper documents are not entitled to a cruise refund.
Other Important Group Information:
NCL, Celebrity and RCCL shall have the absolute right at any time to withdraw, lease, charter, sell or otherwise dispose of its ships. If, prior to sailing, NCL, Celebrity or RCCL determines to remove its ship from service, NCL, Celebrity or RCCL shall in its discretion and in full settlement of its obligation hereunder, either cancel this agreement and make a full refund of all monies deposited hereunder or furnish another ship with the same or similar itinerary or accommodations. NCL, Celebrity or RCCL shall not be liable if the ship does not sail on or about the schedules or advertised date or should the itinerary change for whatever reason whatsoever. International destinations may require special documentation.
